i love love love ur peter parker mistaken villain aus. since spidey never says that peter is his villain and they have no connection besides the photos, i think it'd be really funny for people to think he was another hero's villain. like he had to steal something off dr strange once to deal with a magical threat but since it was a magical artifact and it got returned, Stephen never reported him but casually mentions that Peter robbed him once and now everyone thinks oh shit, the science guy is getting into magic too and is cleary evil so he really is the next dr doom.
I like people thinking of him as Spidey’s villain because it just makes it seem like he’s making money off of his obsession and I like to imagine that when it eventually gets to JJJ, he’s torn between being like “well if he hates that wall crawling menace then that doesn’t make him a villain, if anything, he’s being a proper civilian! Everyone should hate Spiderman!” and keeping an eye on Peter to make sure he actually isn’t going over that ledge, cause I love stuff where either Jonah gave him the job because he knew Peter was struggling, or he eventually grows to care for him
That being said! I have been thinking a lot about Johnny convincing himself that Peter is going to be the Doom to his Reed and he’s preparing for it (not knowing it’s never gonna happen)
So adding onto what you said, I think it’d be hilarious if Johnny’s spent all this time thinking he’s getting a new archnemesis, and then word on the street is that Peter’s going after Strange and he’s just. Sooo offended, and he’s torn between being mad at Peter like Peter’s somehow two timing him, and being mad at Strange for “luring” away his new Doom

Submissions must feature Kakashi and Sakura as the main pairing, although other characters / ships are welcome.
All content across the dead dove spectrum is encouraged. Please tag / warn appropriately.

Do I have to do something every day? Nope! You can create however much / little you’d like.
Does a submission have to include a prompt and a quote? Nope! Feel free to mix and match as you’d like, or you are welcome to stick to one thing.
Is there a limit to the deadness of the dove? The limit does not exist. Please just tag accordingly as per typical AO3 rules.
Is there a minimum deadness of the dove? Not really. This week is about celebrating the darker potentials of the pairing, but it’s a sliding scale, so feel free to create whatever floats your boat :)

A decent, if very loud and opinionated, boss who cares about his employees and is willing to risk himself for their safety.
Hired Peter, who had zero experience and was still in high school at the time, because he knew about Uncle Ben's death and knew this scraggly teenager and his elderly aunt were struggling financially. The Spider-Man photos were just a bonus.
Believes in the power of the truth and is willing to make retractions if proven wrong (even if he really doesn't want to).
Uses his influence to promote equal rights for marginalized groups (including the in-universe mutants).
Dislikes Spider-Man both because of trauma related to a masked mugger and because he's worried that the anonymity of Spidey's mask means that if he ever does go too far, then he won't face tangible consequences.
Part of why he targets Spider-Man more than other "street heroes" is because he wants Spidey to rise to the bait and prove him wrong, and also because Spidey's fights tend to cause more property damage then, say, Daredevil's.
