Don't come for me but unpopular opinion based on my own personal preference. In thr cod fandom especially when könig has a focus with an x reader. There's a nick name that's always present and that's mouse/ maus. I can't take this nickname seriously it feels so... not right? Doesn't seem like something he would say since mouse to me feels condescending in a way. Especially the German version after reading Maus the book. I just can't take it seriously since I read that first before reading fandom fics. I think we as a fandom can pick totally better pet names/ nicknames and not one of animal related.
