16 mins to build to a max weight for snatch complex:
1 x Snatch pull
1 x Power snatch
1 x Overhead squat
1 x Squat snatch
Results: 55kg
Went for 60kg but no bueno. With the way the ceiling is in our home gym area, the space to snatch within gives a veeeery small margin of error for misses. I know the 60kg could’ve been there but I didn’t have the balls to try a second time at the complex (missed the power snatch). Happy enough to get over 50kg at least.
EMOM for 5 Rounds:
Min 1 - 20 Single Front rack KB lunges (swap sides half way)
Min 2 - 70 Double unders
Min 3 - 20 V-ups
Min 4 - Rest
KB lunges - 16kb. These were good, all unbroken but got tough in the last two rounds.
Double unders - All completed, but only left about 20 secs rest at the most after each round. Only one round (second?) completed unbroken.
V-ups - Haaaaaaaaaaard. Most reps done unbroken was about 11 or 12.
