Keto Chick-fil-a dupe because hubby requested it. 😎 I covered split chicken breasts in an egg wash (eggs mixed with heavy whipping cream) and almond flour seasoned with salt and pepper and fried it. I wanted the “breading” to be crispier so I air fried it for 5 minutes. Easy Keto Buns-Fluffy Low Carb Bread Rolls

You can eat these low-carb keto sliders and buns for a meal or as an appetizer. They are tasty, simple to make, and you can add your favorite toppings to make them your own. Plus, they're great for people on a low-carb diet and work well with fats.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef or turkey. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 large egg. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves, for wrapping. Sliced cheese, optional. Toppings of your choice tomato, avocado, bacon, etc..

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Ground meat, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Use your hands to make small patties that are about the size of slider buns. Put the patties on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done. You can make buns by cutting the patties in half horizontally if you want to. Put a slider together by putting a patty between two lettuce leaves or using the sliced patties as buns. You can add sliced cheese and any toppings you like. Serve and have fun!

Who would like some keto bread or buns? They’re not eggy, they’re not dry; they’re pretty darn good. We are having burgers for dinner so today I just had a half a buttered bun with my salad. My salad is Presidents Choice kale slaw with a boiled egg, some toasted almonds, some olives I just got at Costco and some homemade dressing (apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, mayo and sea salt). It’s so delicious! I will also have a half order of Roca available tonight to sell before I eat it all LOL. Having said that, I don’t think Nanaimo bars will be on my menu unless people order a full order because I went hard on them this weekend. “The Sisketo Loaf” and it’s kids, “The Sisketo buns” are finally up for sale. This loaf pictured is not a true representation of my loaf. This one shown is what I did last night that became so big that it overflowed into my oven but thankfully, I had a feeling, so had the oven layered with tinfoil below the pan so didn’t make a huge mess. Re-fired this morning with a larger loaf pan and got so busy with making the buns, I didn’t get a picture of the new loaf before the customer came to grab it while it was still warm. Anyway they’re both open for ordering now. The buns do have psyllium in them but they are not the typical psyllium husk bun, they are more like a taste of a normal homemade loaf of bread. So I did a thing last night! A bun thing. They taste delicious, especially warm with butter. but I need to do a few tweeks to make them a little less moist.
