Almond Flour Biscuits
I can’t for the life of me recall how I stumbled across this recipe, but I am sure glad I did. This is a great biscuit recipe! I followed the original recipe here and the biscuits came out quite salty. I made modifications in the recipe below to correct for that. She also recommends aluminum free Baking powder. I just used regular baking powder (yes mine had aluminum in it ‘YUM!’)
These turned out incredible! They had a slight crunch to the bottom. They were sizeable. I could see using them for quite a few things. [Like biscuits and gravy!]
