Did anybody else just low-key stop watching MAWS after the "Konner Con"

Slight spoilers under the cut but I feel like most of us know by now

I like became so disappointed that I found myself just...kind of avoiding the series? Which I'm sad about because I love the characters and I want more of their story, and I want to see what is done with them but also. It feels like letting someone get away with boldface lying to me and that's just something I hate. Who knows. Maybe in several years I'll watch it for nostalgia's sake and love it. Maybe I'll decide to watch it anyways. Who knows. But it really hurts to be lied to for the sake of generating hype. Thanks a lot DC
