PRAYING ✨ 6 years ago I was facing the most devastating moment in my life. I was alone, scared and mostly full of negative thoughts that didn’t let me face reality. . ✨ I decided to take refuge and become a Buddhist practitioner. . ✨ Today I am still facing the same demons, fears and scary thoughts that sometimes make me hide inwards. . ✨ I’ve never suffered from depression or anxiety... I was nervous sometimes or confused, but I didn't know on my own skin or what it ment to be in one of this particular situations. . ✨ What I’m having are control freak thoughts, passionate and ignorant mind. So, if you ask me why do I meditate (not enough)? . ✨ Here is my honestly answer: I need to face reality and knowing that my thoughts are like clouds, they aren’t myself and every single time I am aware of my breathing and letting go I feel more compassion, kindness and in love with myself. . ✨ Sitting with meditation is the most powerful tools any human have. Use it! . ✨ We all have a good and bad days.
