𝑹𝒂𝒗𝒂 𝑫𝒐𝒔𝒂🌟🕙 . With its crispy, thin layers of happiness,this dosa is one of my all time favourites.It comes off the griddle effortlessly, gets the right amount of crispness and takes very little time to prepare. It is also perfect for your instant South Indian food cravings!! . Recipe:😋👇 . Ingredients: • Semolina/Rava – ½ cup • Rice Flour – ½ Cup • Maida - ¼ Cup • Water – 4 Cup • Finely chopped onion – 1 medium • Finely chopped green chilli - 1 • Finely Chopped ginger – 1 Tsp • Finely chopped curry leaves – 1 Tsp • Finely Chopped coriander leaves – 1Tbsp • Crushed Pepper – ½ Tsp • Ghee / Oil for roasting • salt as required . Method: • In a large mixing bowl take rava, rice flour and maida. • Add salt as per taste, and 2½ cup water. • Whisk and mix well, make sure there are no lumps. • Further add chopped onion, chilli, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves. Also add crushed pepper. • Add remaining 1½ cup water and prepare a watery consistency batter. • Rest the batter for 15 minutes. • Mix well and make sure the batter is thin watery consistency. • Heat a tawa , grease the tawa with ghee/oil. • Now carefully pour the dosa batter over very hot tawa. • Lower the flame and cook until the dosa turns golden and crisp. • Serve the Dosa with tomato chutney/coconut chutney. .
