The anthology Strange Adventures 129 was published with a June 1961 cover date. The Atomic Knights story from Earth-86 took place in 1990. It referenced the spy satellite (Spy in the Sky) launched in 1978 and the atomic war that occurred in 1986. They rediscovered Atlantis, which had time jumped 10,000 years to their present and were able to get some seeds to begin regrowing plant life. Not proud of this one :(

I did all the research I could but this guy seems to be nothing more than the dad of important titans (promethius and atlas etc) and he doesn't have any myth to his name. I couldn't even find interesting mentions in modern adaptation or anything so I based his design on the moon that he represents in astronomy.
