-- Grow my own plants / pick my own herbs.
-- Learn about any gems other than rose quartz and whatever other ones I already vaguely know about but am mostly just assuming things of.
-- Dress any candle ever.
-- Draw any star with more than 5 points (six if you're lucky and seven if you're very, very lucky and I have a refernce picture).
-- Any tarot spread with more than 5 cards.
-- Any form of charging that takes longer than 15 seconds, unless I can just leave it on a window sill, in which case it's gonna be there for days becuase oops I forgot about it.
-- Any form of cleansing other that running item under the tap / blowing air over it / tipping salt on it and promissing to clean it up later but then just glaring at it and telling myself its not done yet.
-- Magic baths. (You're lucky I even shower.)
-- Use any item that I can't find with 2 or 3 minutes of searching all the obvious places.
-- Bless the pots and pans and dishes. (It's a good day if they get washed at all.)
-- Label anything.
-- Participate in sabbats.
-- Make offerings to whoever.
-- Wear any magic jewlery / carry magic trinkets. (I got a lot but I'm only gonna wear my fav necklace and not even regularly - anything else is too heavy, too scratchy, too in the way, too--)
-- Let candles burn down all the way. (Not even tea lights - how can they take so long, they're so small! What is this?)
-- Dispose of things at a crossroads, in a river, in the ocean, in a forest, etc. (I'm either flushing it, throwing it in the trash, keeping it for re-use later, or if I really do want it off my property I'll dropkick it into the empty field across the road.)
-- Learn every card in the tarot deck, or even just most of them.
-- Envoke / invoke anything or anyone.
-- Keep a dream diary.
-- Remember that I have a banishing board and I should probably use it more often.
-- Read any of the magic(k) books I keep buying for some damn reason.
-- Pay attention to what phase the moon is in (unless I nead to know for an immediate reason).
-- Try to explain (yet again) to people that men can also be witches. (In fact, I've pretty much given up on explaining any of this.)
-- Daily meditation.
-- Any form of grounding more complicated than literally lying on the ground and eating a piece of toast.
-- Hexing or cursing. (You're not worth the energy. I could use this candle to give you nightmares, but I'd rather use it to manifest myself a sandwich.)
-- Lay out a bowl a water, a bowl of salt, a feather and a special candle for every. damn. time. there's. a ritual. (We get it! Earth, Fire, Water, Air. Do I really need the feather? Was the power inside me all along??)
-- Write in my grimoire every day. It happens when it happens and not before.
-- Aquire any 'fancy' ingredients - like ink, resin, fancy gems and herbs, anything with 'dragon' in its name, etc.
-- Use insence. (My holders are crap and my windows don't open, and I don't have time to explain to my mum that it's just insence again and no the house isn't on fire. Also my friends have allergies.)
-- Design sigils that aren't ugly.
-- Snuff candles instead of blowing them out.
-- Clean wax off my candle holders.
-- Change out of my PJs / put on a robe when it's too hot / get skyclad when it's too cold / colour-coordinate my outfit with my spell.
-- Figure out which way is north.
-- Do anything with my chakras. (They known their job better than I do so I'm not going to interfere.)
-- Drink tea.
This is how I am and I accept that. Shoutout to all the other lazy witches, td;lr witches, minimalist witches - whatever you are. Keep up the good-enough work!
