Twin/ sibling prompt (2/?)

Twins talking with in their last few minutes during an zombie apocalypse. And they’re in a group of maybe 5-6

One twin is injured or bitten and refuses to be turned and tells the group to leave them. After a couple minutes of discussion the group decides to leave the twin with a weapon for one last fight. The other twin walks with the group to the door and let’s everyone else leave before shutting the door, turning away from yelling just to walk back to their sibling.

Injured/bitten sibling rolls their eyes and shakes their head.

“Thought I told you to leave and don’t turn back?”

The other let’s out an exhausted sigh wincing while taking a seat next to their injured sibling and nudges them with their shoulder.

“We came into this world together crying. We’re going out together fighting.”

Dialogue prompt

Been watching a lot of horror and paranormal movies and I love the idea of not knowing if the person is possessed unless they say something abnormal and so one character asks the other a question that they know the other should know.

Especially if they’re a sibling duo who’s family knows something in a small town. So when they’re younger their family always tells them the same story.

Sibling/ twin prompt (1/?)

TW: possession?

“Hey (B)”

“Yeah?”

“You remember that story mom used to tell us when we were younger about her older sister?”

“Mom told us several stories about her.”

“Yeah- but the one that she always told to stop us from playing with fire.”

“Yeah the one where aunt (name) accidentally set the barn on fire and got stuck- couldn’t escape. I remember that as clear as day, but why is that important? Why are you looking at me like that? What’s wrong?.”

“(B)”

“Yeah?”

“Mom didn’t have an older sister who died in a barn fire. She had older brother who drowned in the lake near the camp because he couldn’t swim.”

“Oh? That’s unfortunate”

Had the idea off of one of @whumpster-dumpster asks about forced choices.

A/N Twin/ sibling prompts (3/?)

Twins who have lost touch with one another and one becomes a vampire being forced to fake their own death (A whole funeral and everything)

But every few years the vampire twin shows up at night almost like a “ghost” and they have conversations about childhood and learns about their siblings life that way as if they haven’t been watching them longer than that.

Everyone believes the other twin is going insane with the grief and is even put into a psych ward, given therapy, medication. With this knowledge the vampire twin stops coming around for the sake of the others safety and sanity.

At the end of the other’s life vampire twin shows up one last time and tells them everything. Human twin smiles and told them they knew. Have a conversation before other passes and vamp twin now has to go on with life.

Additional idea: the twin can find out they have a grand niece/nephew and shows up from time to time risking everything and tells the child stories at night. When the child tells the family, they chuck it up as just they child being only that.
