Kevin’s aunt came over for dinner tonight so Kevin cooked his specialty keto friendly Tuscan Chicken dish with tomato salad. As always, super delicious. She brought over wine and dessert. At the end of the evening I offered to dish up the cake but then she said she had to go so now we have this whole cake sitting on our counter. What do I do with it!? Do we just throw it away?? Do we eat it super slowly until it goes bad? We’ve been doing SO good eating keto I don’t want to blow it. But... free, available cake!

Yay we are on our way, even though it's water weight.
Yesterday was my test... I made lasagna for the family... My kryptonite but I did not eat any. 🎶 I am the champion🎶
Yea it was pretty big for me.
I have to find a low fat vegan recipe that will satisfy my meat and cheese lasagna craving, any suggestions?
