I actually woke up early to work out today. That NEVER happens. Taken about a minute a part. No filters or edits on either, just lighting, angles, and flexing difference. - I love seeing my flexing pics. I wish I could walk around looking like this all day. But the reality is, I dont. My belly is so much more squishy and my belly button wrinkles show much more, which is fine cause my son loves playing with it like it's play dough 😳😂he's happy, so I'm happy, right? ☺️ - I think it's so important for us to realize that for most people, the correct lighting, angle, amount of flex, and even the slightest filter can change the entire look of ones body. I used to strive to be a version of the girl On the cover of a magazine. It's taken a long time to learn that I just need to strive to be a better version of me, mentally and physically ❤️ - This was just after @trainerlindsey's Week 3, Day 2 workout (of her 6 Week Fit Body Challenge). Pretty sure that when She created this plan, she thought to herself, "I don't want them to be able to pick their kids up after this one. Lift a utensil. Put their hair in a ponytail or apply any makeup." Followed by a very evil laugh & smirk 😳😂😂 talk about a killer shoulder pump! I've never done elevated push-ups like that before. I hate them. I tried @idealfit's NEW caffeine FREE pre workout for boot camp tonight. The verdict is in, annnnd.....I 💜IT! Oddly though, I didn't think it tasted like blackberry 😳 but it was good, no worries!! It reminded me of the blue raspberry, sour, dumb dumb. It didn't have my face tingling like others have which drives me bonkers, but I did notice a little tingling in my fingers. Much less than normal. It's 8:55pm and I'm not wide awake like I normally am after pre workout in the evening.
