Its 1:30p and im finally sitting down to my first meal today. I don’t normally skip meals, but life at home with a toddler, as many of you know, is unpredictable. Today, he wanted snuggles, and look, im not giving that up for a pile of dishes or laundry. . I tried #intermittentfasting a while ago and failed miserably. When you tell me I cant eat a certain food, Ill crave it and once I have it, Ill binge non stop. Tell me I cant eat til noon? Then Im counting down the time to do so, and if I haven’t already started eating early, then Im going crazy at noon, and most likely over eating. Restrictions on food do not work well for me! . If you’ve been following my previous posts, you know I am obsessed with 2 things right now! 1) my new air fryer (the one I use is linked in my bio since I was getting so many questions about it) and 2) mushroom and onion brown gravy sauce on EVERYTHING 🤤 . When I eat breakfast, its usually in the 300 calorie range. So then the rest of my days are usually on some level of poverty macros because I always plan wine or ice cream in each night 😇 But the one great thing about eating my first meal of the day so late is that I get to make BOMBTASTIC lunches! . #macros for this meal is 462cals 48p/27c/19f . Todays Meal: 6oz 93/7 ground beef (measured raw) 42g mushrooms 50g onions 5g brown gravy powder 1 slice of Mozzarella (serving size is 19g and this slice was 25g, so its logged at 1.25 servings in MFP) 125g of zuchinni 20g of Italian Bread Crumbs .
