Latest kitchen experiment is cashew yogurt. Soaked cashews, rinsed, added water, put in nutribullet to make into thick milk and heat to blood temp using the soup function. Added a couple spoons soy live yogurt and a spoonful of sugar and left overnight in thermos. It seems to have worked and tastes creamy. Going to see if I can keep it going. My mum used to make milk yogurt back in the '70s with a special yogurt warmer that plugged in, and would keep a spoonful back to start the next batch.
