The Usher’s Foundation in Washington DC is the American equivalent of the Magnus Institute

When Gertrude was there, there’d been strange music !!!!!!

Gerard Keay allegedly died in Pittsburgh after a seizure, but he probably fake his death (I’m kinda lost with the chronology tbh)

Gertrude broke into the morgue where Gerard’s body was kept. The body had been mutilated and Gertrude was reading a weird book over it. I wonder if she was trying to undead him ?

Jon is followed by a Chicago beat cop and Julia killed it at the end of the ep. Was it a vampire ? His name is Mustermann (it’s the German equivalent of John Smith)(like in MAG34 (Anatomy Class) !!!!!!!)

I need to re listen to vampire episodes because their existence in this universe does NOT makes sense in my head.

Jon is now addicted to reading statements and Elias is his dealer 👍👍👍

First appearance of Julia Montauk. She’s the daughter of Robert Montauk, the serial killer of MAG9 (A father’s love). Her backstory is linked with The Dark.

First appearance of Trevor Herbert, vampire killer. He was the author of the statements of MAG10 (Vampire Killer) and MAG56 (Children of the Night).

Tma relisten nr. ???: mag 106 - 107

• damn I kinda forgot the office gossip (ace Jon/jmart) scene and Elias torturing Melanie was in the same episode. Talk about emotional whiplash. The Elias Melanie scene is so damn painful to listen to, no matter how many times I hear it.

• also I feel like I’ve always been too caught up in the “Jon doesn’t” part and that I kinda forgot the end of that scene?

Like. This implies she was gonna ask Martin if he knew about Jon being ace/dating Georgie right? Double checking the gossip she just heard?

• god I love s3 Basira so much. She’s just always reading

• I NEED to know what happened in s3 of what the ghost. Introduced? Introduced what Basira?! I read a post somewhere about how because Georgie can’t feel fear she can’t really hit the horror sweet spot and so maybe the “weird turn” in s3 was going from the earlier seasons being actually too scary to being more silly because Georgie overcompensated when dialing back the horror. So the episodes that we’ve heard are probably from later seasons. That’s my headcanon anyway.

• hearing Jon get progressively more sick in mag 107 is… is it weird to say I enjoy it? Like it’s really sad. And I enjoy it.

• another Jon kidnapping:))) he’s so resigned at this point.

• the cop is a stranger right? If I recall correctly? Cause if so it made me realize how terrified Jon must have been. He sounds so nervous. I mean obviously he’s surrounded by monsters who wouldn’t be nervous. But it’s been like a month since he was kidnapped by the circus. He knows the cop is following him specifically. He’s probably scared it’ll bring him back or something. That has to make it ten times worse.

• did. Did they? Make Jon chop its head off?? Probably not but I find it funny that they made him grab the axe (especially cuz of Jon’s history with axes)

Doodles of TMA episodes, season 3

I have to say I’m really proud with these drawings, the only thing that I think I would drawing differently is maybe the colour of the “What The Ghost” hoodie that Jon’s wearing. I didn’t get the colour exactly how I wanted it to look, same with the logo on the hoodie so I’ll probably work on that a bit more if I ever draw it again.

Gerard Keay is now my new favourite character, I mean that man has been living rent free in my mind since I’ve listened to MAG 111, that episode along with MAG 107 when we got to actually meet Trevor Herbert were great, I’ve been sort of spoiled on a lot of stuff that happens in TMA but that wasn’t one of them. I also didn’t realise that Julia Montauk was the daughter of the serial killer in “A Father’s Love” until well into MAG 109 so that was a fun surprise 😅
