Today whilst I was at the gym, I managed to accidentally front squat 50kg instead of 45kg.
I dunno if I should be thrilled or mad because I wanted to go up in 1.25kg increments. 🙃

I’ve been working really hard to gain weight for a couple of months now, and I’m so proud of myself! 🖤
First time in the gym for a week and a half and I’ll be feeling it tomorrow. 20 minute treadmill warmup (5 min walking/15 min running) followed by Body Pump with my friend. This week at work is flying by compared to last and I’m happy for that.
