Birthday Whump ask!
What do you prefer: nonhuman whumpees, caretakers or whumpers? What kind?
I know you like eldritch whumpers, but I want to know more, it's a very interesting topic 👀
i absolutely prefer nonhuman caretakers, carewhumpers, and Whumper's because I love creating the element of fear in whumpee.
Also, humans are only as powerful as the toys they have. So if whumpee has nothing, their physical strength won't save them. They need to rely on their wits to survive.
Moreover--and this isn't something I see spoken of or shown often--while human whumpers can teardown and remake whumpees minds over and over again, eldritch whumpers can do these things to whumpees bodies. Just imagine, the ability to open up whumpee like a living flower, touch their ribs, breathe air into their quivering lungs, hold their beating heart, and then reseam their chest once more. Imagine the eldritch being doesn't even want to torture whumpee, but to make them feel better, content, whole. Like a carewhumper or caretaker. However, said being doesn't know the finite capacity of human emotions/feelings. Resulting in Whumpee being tortured from the sensation of feeling too good to the point of overstimulation. Or even if the feelings don't go that far, imagine instead a whumpee constantly terrified because eldritch caretaker keeps them so healthy but their bodies are still carrying trauma responses that they haven't been able to process because caretaker keeps. stopping. the cycle. of grief. Or Whumpee with trust issues is losing their mind that this being wants them to be happy just because it enjoys seeing them happy. And it can make them happy. And it cannot understand why that's a bad thing. (Ughhhh, this was such a good ask! Thank you @melpomenelamusa. I could go on this vein for days, but I'll make a series about it instead. )
