MANNUTRITION DAY 11 Stagnant weight wise. Cant complain when lifting weights. Muscle weighs more than fat. Mannutrition circuit 1 set then we off til Saturday am for a heavy flat bench day. Tonights workout: 10 half curls, full curls, bent over chest pulls, overhead olympic press and chin pulls. 15 pushups, 40 forearm curls, 150 straight leg crunches.
