peter, ned, and mj, when they meet spider-ham:
spiderman far from home confirmed that “blipped” people reappear exactly where they were when they died, but if this is true, there would a good number of people who would die immediately after blipping back. follow me down this morbid road and consider the possibilities: people who were in planes who find themselves hurtling through open air, construction workers caught between the walls of a building, cruise-takers now stranded the open sea, those who reappear in their homes only for that home to be in the middle of a war zone, or those whose bodies, caught mid-air, tried to return to a house now demolished.
even all put together this is massively less than the number of deaths from the blip, and possibly insignificant considering the amount of damage caused by the avengers/supervillains/both several times a year, but still. imagine how it would hurt to see the world celebrating the return of the lost souls, while your friend/family member/coworker is twice-gone.
mysterio stans rise
