It's so wonderful that people continue to have positive experiences with the work I've done. I read every comment and every message -- I just don't always get a chance to reply!

I'm particularly proud of the consistency in feedback that I receive about matching the "voice" of the game. Mass Effect is written in a particular way and I've tried very hard to make it all feel like it belongs.

My work is absolutely the definition of a fanfiction mod. I don't think it gets much more fanfiction than what I'm doing -- but what's canon, in the end? It's fanfiction with legitimacy, and Mass Effect is all about crafting your own version of Shepard. BuoWare has said it before; every Shepard is "the real Shepard."

So, you know what? That means every Shepard who dates Joker is "the real Shepard," too!

IT'S HERE

My latest mod release is a joint effort with my friend miramini as part of our modding group, Team Milky Way, where we have given Kaidan Alenko a variety of new outfits to choose from for the Citadel DLC Casino infiltration mission. This mod uses the LE3 Community Patch & Framework to allow swapping of these outfits via a mod menu. This mod also patches for Kaidan Alenko Overhaul but is also available for vanilla Kaidan.

I installed the ME3 mod that replaces Kai Leng in ME3 with either Miranda or Jacob.

Remember, my Shepard romanced Miranda.

Based on the 'points system' the mod uses, my assassin SHOULD be Jacob, but it's a borderline case. ONE missed flag, and...

If Miranda is the assassin, Maria Shepard is going to tear The Illusive Man limb from fucking limb, burn Cerberus to the ground, and make sure TIM's corpse is nothing but ash.

This is gonna be fun and heartbreaking.

So that dossier about Kaidan's biotic squad is from a mod or fan art, right?

Aside from the fact I've never seen it in-game, it contradicts the canon story about Kaidan's work ("recruiting the most talented human biotics from across the galaxy").

Not that people can't enjoy it if it's fan made--fan works are awesome! I just like having a reliable baseline for what is and isn't canon.
