@Regrann from @leonthellama - *Please Read* Wow, what a year it has been. Exactly a year ago today I started weight training/bodybuilding. My entire life while growing up I was the "skinny kid" and decided to do something about it. I was 155lbs when I started and I now weigh in at a leanish 180lbs. I've gained 25 lbs of muscle and a bunch of confidence in the past year, but even more important than that, I found something that I love. I fell in love with the weights, with the process of building my body, with the progress I saw everyday. It's hard to imagine how I lived life everyday without going to the gym and eating right 😂. I've tried every split you can think of, every muscle building technique, tons of random diets, etc. My number one tip for either gaining weight or losing weight? WHAT YOU EAT. I am proof of that. I tracked calories and macros religiously since going vegan a month and a half ago and gained 3 lbs.(The 3lbs I lost from not counting calories for the previous month). It is possible to gain muscle and strength while being a vegan, plus you won't have to kill any animals. 😊🌱 (I'm currently 10lbs away from my ultimate goal of 190lbs lean, it should take about two more years to achieve) Thanks to all my family and friends that put up with me, and shout out to everyone killing it in the gym. Keep striving for your goals, each step you take is one step closer. You are what you eat. #vegan #veganbodybuilding #oneyeartransformation #allkindsofgains #meatfreeathelete #fueledbyplants #bodybuilding #protime #drake #alphablackvegan #blackvegan #plantbasedbodybuilding #gymlife #veganathlete #vegangains #plantbasedlifestyle #veganguys #whatveganslooklike
