SAT - NAM - I am the highest Truth, Truth is my path. Do not neglect yourself to please others. Do not forget your needs to feed others' Egos. When you live in Truth, you make yourself and the world a huge favor. So, I’ve recently started to relocate all of my physio rehabilitation to be closer to my home turf, and this Friday was the first time I went to the new MediYoga class. Boy, I was not disappointed by the studio - this was such a nice upgrade from the previous very clinical and medical looking place where I was practicing MediYoga! I need this floor in my entire apartment, thank you very much. It was so nice to walk, sit, lie, and stand on. I just wanted to stay on it forever! 

As the compulsive ‘good girl’ I am, of course I showed up about 30 minutes early. I did make the most of the time though and scribbled and doodled a little in my little notebook (that I always carry with me, another compulsive obsession) to relax and unwind before the yoga.

Despite the fact that MediYoga is basically just deep breathing and some laying, sitting, and standing positions, I’ve got some major muscle soreness in my stomach today - just below my ribs. God damned, that’s some serious muscle activating breathing we’re doing.Or maybe I am just a sensitive one, you know ..
