BPD diagnosis

I finally saw a psychiatrist this month after being referred over a year ago. He’s leaning towards a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, he says I 100% suffer from emotional instability and he wants us to do some psychotherapy (Mentalising is the one he’s wanting to do). It’s such a relief to know there’s a word for what’s going on with my mind. I feel good about this. I’m finally getting help.
