Okay, so, on Dean’s Wikipedia page, one of his titles that were given by Metatron is ‘Humanity’... I CAN’T TELL IF THIS IS LEGIT OR DESTIEL FANS HAVE LITERALLY TAKEN OVER.

Isn’t it interesting that in 10x17 we have Dean and Crowley the former bad guys.  Representing hell and the ascent/return to humanity, discussing the nature of family and then this in 10x18?

The fallen angels, questioning the nature of family and where their loyalities should lie?  Castiel looks like he’s holding on to the idea of that family but Metatron finds it laughable. 

Dean knows what family truly is ‘Family don’t end with blood, but it don’t start there either’.  Dean is reassuring a once enemy.  The angel though?  The one who wanted to be a saviour and worshipped as a kind God?  He offers no such comfort.

This is why Dean is the righteous man.
