---Infinity Gems: Mind Gem ---
My interpretation of what Marvel's Mind Stone would look like as a Gem from Steven Universe.
imagine if tony had gotten the arc reactor removed sooner so that when loki tried to use the sceptor to mind-control tony during the battle of new york it actually worked
do you think loki would've actually succeeded??
All the gems together... MCU & SU crossover A design I was playing with last year but since the Endgame came out. I decided to come back to my designs and redrew them and started coloring. design by me/ neoanimegirl SAI2, Manga Studio & Pen

Calling it now...
The Soul Stone is in Wakanda as an item that has been passed down the Black Panther line for generations. But, Tumblr Person, I hear you say; How can that be? What ties does Wakanda have to Souls and Spirits and what not? I’m glad you asked mysterious stranger! The Black Panther is a figure who, in the comics, can speak to his predecessors to receive advice and knowledge from in order to better protect his people. In Civil War, T’Challa even states that in his culture death is not the end and even in the trailer we see that groovy shot of T’Challa walking towards a purple tree with a panther sitting atop it. Clearly, this is some kind of trippy dream sequence.
But in what form will the stone take? Perhaps it will be an object that grows a tree (similar to the one in the sequence) that gives the person who can take in it’s power the powers of the Panther. In this case, as is known throughout the Black Panther comics, the Heart-Shaped Herb. The Soul stone grows the tree, the fruit is grown from the tree and then T’Challa eats the fruit.
This fruit also gives T’Challa has super soldier-like powers.
Simple.
BUT INTERNET GUY - people cry - THIS DOESN’T MAKE SENSE AS THE HEART-SHAPED HERB ISN’T AN INFINITE STONE IN THE COMICS!
Neither is the Eye of Agamoto but in the MCU it is. Things change for the adaption.
This would also make sense considering Thanos’ forces seem to be engaging Wakanda in the leaked Infinity War trailer. Why else would he go there? Other than, you know, other legitimate reasons.
So that means current whereabouts are (if this holds true);
Tesseract; With Loki
Heart-Shaped Herb; In Wakanda
Aether; With the Collector
Necklace; With the Wizard Peeople
Orb; Nova Corps
Scepter; Vision’s forehead
Put it all together and by jove... what does it all spell?
I also like the image in my mind in the Infinity War movie of Thanos approaching the tree and splitting it open to reveal the gem within it. A herb that grew into a tree to make fruit connecting to the spirit world- it’s so simple it’s beautiful.
What do you think?
