The way our body moves and the way we experience our body therefore largely determines the quality of our life. Fascia Yoga classes teach holistic movement and consist of moving meditations and mindful stretching sessions. During meditations in motion, you learn to connect with your inner world, to listen to your body and to let go of whatever is no longer useful to you. During the stretching sessions, you learn to scan for areas of stress, tensions and blockages in your body, in order to initiate the relaxation process. You also learn abdominal breathing, to correct your posture and to harmonize the different aspects of your being, both physically, mentally and emotionally.
