Pan fried chicken strips, flavoured rice (cooked in vegetable stock), cucumber slices, radishes and steamed broccoli with chimichurri. So simple and healthy. Sometimes the easiest meals are the best. ♥

Mixed Plates/Plate Lunch

Salmon Bento The Mouse’s Lunch Chow funn, inari sushi, fried gau gee, potato croquette, vegetable gyoza, red bean gin dui, stuffed bitter melon, egg fu yong. All Mixed Up, Seafood Eats

The Mouse finished the other half of Kalua pork. Brunch Similar to yesterday, added cabbage to the mix. Kalua pork and cabbage, a Friday winner. 😋 The Cat was eating solo.
