Core de Force: day 30: mma Plyo and core kinetics And by knock out in the 30th round I have won against core de Force. It's been a struggle, it's been a battle, it's been an obstacle that on many days I thought I'd never overcome. It took determination and prayer and sheer stubbornness to get through it but by the strength of God I did it.
