I am sore AF!!

For those of you who don't know me. I am physically unfit. I don't excersie regulary or anything. On Tuesday for health class we went down to the weight room and combined classes with another coach. Man had us running up and down any stairs we came across. Walking the entire middle floor. We went outside checked out the weight room and then went to the from of the building. We ran down the ramp across to the other side, up them stairs and then stopped at the entrance. We walked down to the courtyard and man. We had to do some squats, where at five and ten count he had us in squat position. My thighs were burning. We walked back towards the weight room. Ran up and down a pair of stairs. Stopped at the room with open floor. Did a bunch of stuff that made me feel the burn and whose name i don't remeber. Back at the dance room we did that thing the football players do. With the floor ladder or whatever it's called. Then our coach had us run "the square" for twelve minutes. I only ran the first lap and a half. I did seven laps... I was dehydrated and tired. Suffice to say i felt the sore today. Everything hurts. I get up and my calf and thighs hurt. I can't laugh cause my middle hurts. And tomorrow we're going back to the dance room and I'm not ready. Welp....that is today/tonight's post. K bye.

1. I'm getting fat, but I still have great legs! 2. My double chin is getting extra noticeable, but my eyes are always stand out pretty! 3. My voice is annoying, but people love that I always smile. 4. Why am I still eating when I am not hungry? You know, my natural hair is beautiful. 5. I think I have some form of depression, but I still always try and find the positives in a situation.
