Celtic wheel- Mabon
we finally get into fall, fall equinox to be precise. It is the second time in the year when night and day are equal. Mabon is the second harvest, witch’s thanksgiving and a time to reflect, be grateful and prepare for the darker days of winter that are coming. It’s a time to restore the balance of light and darkness in your life,
It’s a time when apples start to be ready for harvesting, and so apple baking starts. Pinecones, acorns, and squash also show up as symbols.
as such you can’t have a bunch of apples with out having cider. Calluna is working on special mushrooms that can taste like anything and have magical properties for teas. Seelie is helping with their expertise. Morin is busy cat sitting Sidhe so the fae doesn’t drink all the cider. Ethery got put in charge of stiring the cider so it doesn’t burn, and showing wyll it’s perfectly fine to drink.
she has an acorn necklace as a craft project, and a duck on her dress pocket to represent a certain Druid. Wyll meanwhile is handling the responsible drinking. Mostly because Calluna and Morin are allergic.
Morin does show up with more scars, a gift from their last battle with Orin. He also grew out his braid mode in tribute. He hated her but at the same time, she was what she was made to be, and didn’t get a reset like themselves.
