Harry decides enough is enough and decides to let his brain and his muggle side out a little more. By sending the Death Eaters muggle made post-bombs. No malicious magic to be detected. With the right compounds, the Death Eater just vanishes in a fiery ball. Very low chance of collateral damage (outside their families) as no respecting pureblood would open official mail in public. Soon the Death Eaters are scrambling to figure out who is killing them inside their warded homes and how, and the Ministry and Order of the Bloody Chicken are struggling to fight the loss of so many upstanding pureblood families.

Set summer before 5th year. Harry, with Hermione's help in the Arithmancy, comes up with an interesting solution for integrating muggle tech with the magical community using etched runic array cards. Each card allows for a different ability to occur (nullification of the magical field, amplification of receiving of tv/radio signals, etc.) The cards can be turned on/off with a slide switch on the face of the card and the card can be stuck/removed to the side of the device without falling prey to the Statute of Secrecy. With these cards, our pair can now access so much more information and resources to study for OWLs and dealing with Umbridge/the Ministry.
