Rules of The Black Diamond Club
(This club is owned by the Dahlia gang)
The club, then called the Blue Dahlia , was created in the early 1940’s by Judith Van Willigen. She was inspired by Julia Ward Howe and Jane “Jennie June” Croly , who started the first women's club. These clubs encouraged women to defy custom, undertake serious study of intellectual topics and current events, and organize for social reforms at the local, state, and national levels.
The name Judith Van Willigen means nothing outside of the Daliah gang, she definitely won’t be credited alongside Julia and Jane, but if you are a member or a claim… Then you know her as the savior of claims.
In the 1940s, claims were now taken against their will. Women feared receiving a white dahlia cuz it meant someone was gonna come in and take everything from them and call it giving them a better life. Claims had yet to exercise their full rights and would just allow themselves to be controlled by their members. Then Charles Van Willigen, the owner of five steel works in New York City, had laid claim to the then 19 year old Judith to be his.
He didn’t realize that he had laid claim to a very independent thinking young woman. When her member was drafted to fight in the war she was left in charge of every business he owned. Normally that wouldn’t happen given she was a woman but she was his claim and the only family he had. When she realized that she now held some power she decided to use it and open the women’s club and make it for the claims to get away from members and learn about the power they held and could hold.
In the sixties Judith’s daughter, Laura, was claimed by a man, Miles Lodovico Cook, who only wanted her for her body and nothing else; Judith opened the Black Diamond. It was a club where members and claims could go and have anonymous sex and not have it get out to their partners. She had hoped that it would save her daughter from being used. She called it the black diamond after a lady of the evening had told her blue dahlia’s were for sophisticated ladies, where diamonds were given to keep the side girl quiet.
As time went on the club started to allow anyone who followed the rules to enter. The STD and STI testing rule was implemented when the AIDS epidemic hit. They had to protect those who entered their club. Below you can find out how to get in and what is allowed.
You go to their site and fill out the form to get an appointment with their clinic to be tested for STIs and STDs. (It doesn’t have to be their clinic but it does help with those who want to keep it under wraps that they are being tested.) As well to book your night since there is a max capacity for rooms and services a night.
On the site you can book a car and a service from the driver. Such as a fake date, a friend, or a business pick up.
The site also lists locations based on sexual oritantion and gender idenity. They understand that not everyone is comfortable with an everyone included club and would like to go to a place that feels safe.
Once at the door you are met by a bouncer who will check your results. Once the results are confirmed as authentic they are destroyed for your protection and privacy.
You are then given a mask, if the bouncer is nice enough it will be to match your outfit.
You are then told a name, this name is yours and will not be given to any other patron. This name will be used if you return to the club and can even be given at other locations.
Condoms and dental dams are provided
Phones are given to the bouncer to make sure no one takes pictures or videos. You are given a ticket that lets the bouncer know which is your phone upon exiting the club.
Once in the Club/Hooking Up with others
Absolutely no real identification can be exchanged. Ie: no social media, no names, no numbers, no emails, no addresses.

Safe words are used for more then stopping sex. If at any point the person you are talking to does or says something you are not comfortable with you give your safe word and they must back off.
If you want said person to leave you alone completely say your safe word twice.
If someone doesn’t respect the safe word rule on the main floor, guards are placed around that can be flagged down to handle the situation safely.
State hard nos and soft nos.
Voyeur Booths require a consent form to be signed before using. It is giving your consent to be watched by those around them. They are located on the main floor of the club but are sealed behind a curtain so those who do not want to watch can avoid them.
Voyeur rooms are rooms with two way mirrors that allow the people inside to be able to see those on the outside without being seen. They are for those who like the idea of being watched without actually being watched.
Back rooms are set up according to needs and wants of the couple or group. They range from color codes of Blue To Red
Blue: This is the vanilla and curious room. It is equipped with basic sex toys, lubes, and massage oils. Has basic after care products.
Purple: S&M/Bondage lvl beginner to medium. Is equipped with different restraints, gags, paddles, basic and more advanced toys, and after care products based on experience lvl.
Black: S&M/Bondage lvl Medium to Expert. Equipped with rigging tools, sex swing, different sensory depervation tools. After care products suited for pain soothing and mark removal.
Red: Equipped with all of the above. Suited for those who are experts in kinky/taboo sex.
State your needs and Levels.
You are given a voice activated alarm. (If a safe word is said more than once it alerts the guards who will come to your aid.)
Listen to your partner and respect the rules.
There is a shower room to clean up if needed.
ALWAYS PERFORM AFTERCARE.
If you have no after care training, alert a guard and you will be trained.

If you manage to identify a member you are not to speak to them about the club outside of the club.
You are not allowed to out a member to the public
If you break any of the rules you will be banned and if the identity rules are broken you will be fined and possibly sued.
