Here’s a compilation of resources I’m using for multivariable calculus since I haven’t found one here yet. I hope this can help other current/future multivar/Calc III students :)

Paul’s Online Math Notes*: Notes on individual topics in Calc III (and other math classes as well).

Calc III (Dawkins): More notes, sorted by topic.

Khan Academy*: Really helpful resource with lectures, articles, and practice exercises (you’re probably familiar with KA already, but it’s definitely useful for higher-level math classes).

MIT OCW: Lectures, lecture notes, problem sets, practice exams.

Millersville University MATH 311: Slides for Calc III, sorted by topic.

Professor Leonard (YouTube): Lectures for Calc III topics.

Mathematics Stack Exchange*: Q&A site for mathematics. If you’re struggling with a concept, you may be able to find an old explanation here, or you can ask a new question.

Wolfram Alpha: Answer engine that provides step-by-step solutions. (It’s a useful resource, but don’t make it do your homework for you.)

Free Textbooks: 1 | 2 | 3 (Note: I have not looked over these in depth.)

Plotting 3D Graphs: CalcPlot3D GeoGebra Grapher (Mac)*

* I use this regularly.

You can also find plenty of problem sets online from various universities as well, and you can probably find some more free textbooks online :) Other resources I use that aren’t freely accessible online include this textbook, practice problems my teacher discusses in class or posts online, and the recorded lectures for my class. If I find more resources (and feel free to leave suggestions), I’ll add them here!

Пышная шарлотка с яблоками в мультиварке.

Рецепт для тех, кто дорожит своим временем! Подготовка занимает 10- 15 минут, остальное сделает за вас мультиварка или духовка. Пышная, ароматная и нежная шарлотка с яблоками - идеальное лакомство для вечернего чаепития!

Вам потребуется:

4 яйца 1 ст. сахара 1 ст. муки 1 ч.л. разрыхлителя 0,5 ч.л. корицы 0,5 ч.л. соли 500 г яблок

растительное или сливочное масло - для смазывания чаши мультиварки сахарная пудра - для украшения

Как готовить:

1. Яйца взбить с сахаром и солью до пышной пены. Чем пышнее будет взбита смесь, тем лучше получится шарлотка.

2. Добавить муку, разрыхлитель, соль, корицу и замесить тесто консистенции густой сметаны.

3. 1 яблоко нарезать тонкими дольками, все остальные - небольшими кубиками. 4. Добавить в тесто яблоки, нарезанные кубиками. Так шарлотка получится намного сочнее и нежнее.

5. Чашу мультиварки смазать маслом, присыпать небольшим количеством сахара. Выложить яблочные дольки. Сахар необходим для того, чтобы яблоки карамелизировались во время выпекания пирога.

6. Аккуратно переложить тесто в мультиварку и распределить его по поверхности.

7. Готовить в режиме & вашей модели мультиварки, может потребовать чуть больше или чуть меньше времени. В любом случае периодически проверяйте пирог на готовность.

8. Дать шарлотке постоять минут 5 с открытой крышкой мультиварки и затем вынуть. Для этого вставьте решетку для варки на пару и переверните чашу.

9. Украсить шарлотку сахарной пудрой, по желанию сверху разложить свежие яблоки.

Just finished making my notecard for the penultimate multivar class/test. Hey, future, Rena: was taking this ridiculous class worth it?

My math professor is infuriating because he does not in fact teach. I am one more frustration away from withdrawing from the class because it is so not worth my time.
