Sometimes i remember that Ghost from the reboot mw game, doesnt really have a canonical backstory, unlike the 09 Ghost (from what I've heard)

King Monkey 

Weapon: A-: Ruyi Jingu Bang: A reference to Sun Wukong, and a very effective looking weapon. In a way it is a lot like Chat noir’s staff. Though unlike Chat noir’s weapon it does not seem able to extend, shrink, or split into two. It does however appear more solid. The weapon is clearly used for attack and can be used defensively. But with King Monkey, its likely gonna be swung like a bat.

Technique: A-: He is VERY unpredictable. Even Party Crasher had trouble picking up on his movements before the monkey used his power. Much like a prankster, he is silly and acts completely on impulse. This makes him quite a handful for his opponents, especially when he puts into use his power. Even Snake Noir and Dragon Bug found his power very troubling in the fight against him.

Intelligence: E: King Monkey is not smart. He is not a thinker. He is literally out to do his thing and consequences be damned. This is both a blessing and a curse (nearly giving Fu a heart attack). He will listen to his more experienced comrade. He is not going to be making insightful plans or observations. He is out there to kick butt and have fun.

Special Power: B+: Uproar. against anyone that isn't King Monkey, it will cause their powers to Malfunction. It is the Equalizer of Power ups. It does vary on effectiveness because a skilled opponent might not need their powers to be a threat. But out of all the powers, it is shown to be the most effective one used. It is a bit of a double edge sword if the power accidentally hits an ally it could cause a lot of trouble for them.

Playfulness: A+. King monkey’s playfulness and unpredictability make him a wild card. Most opponents will find themselves sucked into his pace, which can be dangerous for them as he has a way of turning the tables. Even the most powerful threats can be taken less seriously when he is around. The mayhem monkey is quite fond of Monkey business.

OVERALL: B

King Monkey is the sort of hero that gets things done with a smile. While not the smartest hero, he is definitely a pain for those that have to fight him. Paired with the right people, the monkey can be quite a powerful threat. The monkey king goes bananas and the battlefield will be in an uproar.
