There are two reasonsfor watery eyes. The first reason is blockage or inflammation in nasolacrimalduct. This duct connects nasal cavity with the eyes and drains excessive tears into thenose and vice versa. You may be having history of allergic rhinitis, sinusitis,polyps or repeated cold. The best solution is to first get the nasal congestiontreated. The best mudras are Apana mudra for 10 minutes in the morning, Prithvimudra for 20 minutes during the day and Kubera mudra for 5 minutes twice or thricea day. The people suffering from constipation and poor digestion have issues related to nasalcongestion. The root cause is heat and congestion in the intestine.
