Thinking about Old Nan the senior most old mother at Winterfell once Brandon's betrothal to Catelyn Tully is announced without an prompting from Lord Rickard or anybody really starts collecting furs etc she thinks would go well with red hair and blue yes, inquiring to know if she's a tall girl or short like (scrappy scamp he was) Rodrik's little girl Lyarra. Going through the patterns in the library to see if they have Arya Flint's pattern, she was a longshanks that one bit spare in the bosom though, deciding to wait til after the wedding so the young Southron bride has a chance for some input. Who knows what charms for luck and protection Riverlanders might have or if she'd want tassels or some such with colors that reminder her of her swift rivers and great fields of green. Won't be long now she's at good at age for surviving childbed. The war happens, poor Rickard, poor wild Brandon and wild Lyanna. Catelyn is quiet little Ned's bride now with a little one of his own Robb. No, time to waste with the little one already here. The other mothers of the keep are of course aware of Old Nan's plans and lend some helping hands and their much younger eyes to the process as well as explanations and demonstrations. Catelyn is overcome with emotion at this inclusion and welcoming into the Northern ways of motherhood. When Robb outgrows a mother's furs she's a little sad but proud her boy is growing so well. Sansa is her first babe in Winterfell and first babe to spend the entirely of their first 2 years experiencing a mother's furs.

Bran Stark + His Namesakes (companion to x)

Bran knew the story, but it had never been his favorite. Maybe one of the other Brandons had liked that story. Sometimes Nan would talk to him as if he were her Brandon, the baby she had nursed all those years ago, and sometimes she confused him with his uncle Brandon, who was killed by the Mad King before Bran was even born. She had lived so long, Mother had told him once, that all the Brandon Starks had become one person in her head.

Brandon Stark -> Dakota Beavers. Stark look, long face, very handsome. purposefully chose a younger fc since he dies young.

Benjen Stark -> Tokala Black Elk. Bran briefly gets himself mixed up with Benjen (and it’s funny to me that he focuses on Benjen having longer hair and not that ya know his own hair is RED) when he’s weirwood watching so I have decided this means Benjen & Bran resemble each other in the face.

Lyanna Stark -> Isabella Star LaBlanc. I like when Arya & Lyanna both have just Slightly chubby cheeks to set them apart from the fam. Lil rascals gang.

Robb Stark -> Benjamin Wadsworth. I have never once in my life found a Robb FC that matches the Robb in my mind.

Sansa Stark -> Willow Allen. she’s too old but i love her for being very Whentish with her sharp cheekbones

Arya Stark -> kiawentiio tarbell. she’s baby!!!!!!

Bran Stark -> Paul-Dylan Ivalu. this is my new bran face i’m obsessed with this kid he was in a handful of canadian movies in the mid to late 2000s

Rickon Stark -> Random Child On Pinterest. the important thing is that he has the brightest reddest cheeks you have ever seen on a child. his cheeks are tully red constantly.
