fuckin-
Organisation, routine and order and really vitally important for me to survive. Without these things, my anxiety levels are astronomical. Maybe that sounds dramatic but it feels like everything falls apart when I don't have those things. There are things in my life at the moment that are messing with my ability to stay organised and know what is coming next. As a result, for the last 2 weeks my entire existence has been a mess. I have fallen out of my normal routines to keep on top of things and as a result ran out of clothes, could barely move across my bedroom floor, bought no food for work and didn't know what I was doing from one day to the next meaning nearly missing a hospital appointment. Clawing back those routines and systems that allow me to make sense of the world feels like running a marathon. Sometimes it means staying at home for 2 days without leaving the house at all. Like this weekend. Thankfully, those things are falling back into place for now. Desperately trying to hold on to them. I am sure this cannot be normal but I do not know what the answer is to this. It is puzzling.
I really need October to start as soon as possible. I'm so fucking bored and tired of spending my days doing nothing. I want to start my classes, I'm excited. Don't think I'm a weirdo hahaha.
My life is such a mess at the moment..
