How it feels to have neurodermatitis

It's crazy how much my physical health has improved since I cut contact with my rapist. My Long Covid got much better, as well as my neurodermatitis. And lately I even gained some weight.

Meine Neurodermitis bringt mich um/

Meine Haut ist trocken und wund/

Ich laufe dauerhaft verletzt durch diese Welt/

Ich fühle mich oft gereizt bis gequält/

Es ist meine Haut die mich in den Wahnsinn treibt/

Es ist meine Neurodermitis, das alte Leid/

Seit ich circa ein Jahr alt bin, leide ich Qualen/

Keine Ergotherapie, kein töpfern, kein malen/

Drogen, Psychopharmaka oder Psychotherapie/

Depressionen, Psychosen oder Manie/

Skateboard fahren, Hanteln stemmen oder einfach chilln/

Nichts scheint irgendeinen Sinn zu machen, can you feel in/

Meine Haut ist wie ein kaputter Schutzwall gegen Feinde/

Es ist unerträglich, wie lange ich schon leide.../

Erreger kommen ungehindert rein und richten Chaos an/

Ich frage mich, wie lange ich das noch ertragen kann?/

Ich sehne mich nach Erlösung und Regeneration/

Ich will nicht ewig im Rad laufen zwischen Schmerz und Irritation/

Die Wunden heilen zum gewissen Grad, doch dann kratze ich sie wieder auf/

Unterdrückung der eigenen Art, Tag für Tag, in meinem eigenen Haus/

Jede Bewegung schmerzt, laufen, rennen Skateboard fahren/

Doch mein Gesicht verzieht sich nicht mehr, Unterdrückung bis zum Wahn.../

Ich will niemandem sehen, mit niemanden reden, lasst mich allein/

Bis ins hohe Alter Qualen erleiden?/

Das Leben mit seinem bunten Treiben/

Habe ich ausprobiert und es widert mich an/

Überall fröhliche Menschen, ich kann es nicht mehr ertragen, die Apathie zieht mich in Ihren Bann/

Die Apathie ist dem Tod am nächsten, gefühllos und kalt/

Deshalb gehört ihr meine Liebe, ich fliege zu ihr bis bald/

Bei ihr angekommen flüstert sie mir leise ins Ohr, das der Tod noch schöner sei/

Ich glaube ihr und greife zum Messer, abgelaufen ist meine Zeit/

Und so bringe ich mich selbst um, erlöse mich von meinem Leid/

Die Apathie beugt sich langsam über meinen Leichnam und flüstert, jetzt bist du endlich frei/

ECZEMA: This is one of the chronic and long-lasting skin infections. As a result of it your skin becomes red and itchy. It can occur at any age. It comes under the category of allergic TRIAD which means that eczema comes along with the two other diseases named hay fever and the allergic asthma.

TYPES OF ECZEMA:

Atopic Dermatitis: It is a kind of skin inflammation which is also known by the name of atopic eczema. It results in red, swollen & cracked skin which got thick over a period of time. The chief cause of this the weakening of the skin’s natural barriers, genes, an immune system and the dry skin.

Dyshidrotic Eczema: It is also known by the name Pompholyx. It causes the tiny blisters around the hands, palms and the feet. Women are more prone to it as compared to the men. It is basically caused by the exposure to the substances like nickel, cobalt or chromium salt. Stress also plays a vital role in it.

Allergic Contact Dermatitis: The skin becomes red & irritated by a reaction to the substances or the irritants like latex or metals and the other chemicals too.

Neurodermatitis: It is somehow similar to the atopic dermatitis. It results in the thick, scaly patches over the skin. The cause of it gets triggered if a person is already having the psoriasis & the stress disorder.

Nummular Eczema: The word nummular stands for the ‘coin’. So it results in the round and coin shaped spots on the skin. It looks very different as compared to the kinds of eczema. It itches a lot. The general causes of this are the insect bites, atopic dermatitis, allergic reactions to the metals or chemicals and the dry skin.

Seborrheic Dermatitis: It causes rashes on the scalp, face, ears and on the mid chest region. It can also develop in the oily regions of the body.

Stasis Dermatitis: It happens when the fluid from the weakened veins of body leaks out in the skin. It causes swelling, redness, itchiness & pain.

Scaly, thick and cracked skin

Scratching causes the skin to be raw, sensitive and swollen

Small raised bumps which may leak fluid & crust when scratched.
