Good book to start off the season cooler fall weather! I always want to read thrillers this time of year 🍂🍁🍂
Fero Pe - Night Watcher
I'm in the middle of the audio book for "Night Watcher" by Daphne Woolsoncroft (who is apparently a true crime podcaster?) and so far, it's just a bunch of old men telling the younger female protagonist that she's imagining things due to trauma while a serial killer stalks her and she self-medicates with alcohol. Which is sadly accurate to real life, but not a fun read.
I'm gonna finish it, and hope the case unravels in an interesting way, but so far I'm finding it kind of cliché and having a hard time empathizing with any of the characters.
Other reviews have mentioned that the twist is bland, so I'm amusing myself trying to guess which of the dismissive men in her life will turn out to be the killer.

I need more 2007 turtles content.
