My entry for the @tes-gala !!! Two of my OCs- Evander and his horse, Gaia! ..In a modern AU flavor >:)

I’m from New York and I’ve always loved seeing the MET Gala online / on TV so when I heard of this event through my friend I got so excited! There’s an element of local pride to this lol.

Explanation of their outfits below!

So like I said this is a modern AU in what I would like to imagine is somewhere in The Imperial City in Cyrodiil. For a modern Elder Scrolls AU I always imagined The Imperial City being a lot like NYC- so for the background I used a very low res image from inside the real MET Gala from years ago, blurred it a bit, and added some Imperial Legion banners hanging from the ceiling with a soft brush so it would blend in.

Evander’s outfit is kind of boring, honestly. Since this is a modern setting I wanted to root it as closely to the real MET Gala as possible- so I made an altered version of Connor Storrie’s outfit from this year’s event incorporating Evander’s star sign of The Steed onto the main outfit, and a galaxy cape that wraps around his arms.

The horse though.. she’s the main star of the show…! Or should I say moons and planet?

Her necklace is supposed to be Secunda and Masser together in an eclipsing fashion- Secunda being the smaller, top center of the pendant with Masser being represented by a larger, red bead/gem ring.

The tarp on her back is a map of Nirn on the one side facing us in the image, but on the side you can’t see there is a constellation map of all of the star signs. So kind of like the heavens being above the earth type-deal. :]

I really hope you like how this came out- it was a joy to make! I’m very glad I got to participate! 🫶✨💖

Khajiit in heavy armor

Hi everyone! I’m back. I made this sketch today to keep the account active—and yes, I adore The Elder Scrolls, in case you haven't noticed yet, hehehe.

About the character:

Even though you can't really tell because I didn't add color, she’s wearing Ebony armor with gold decorations (like the ones in Morrowind or Oblivion. By the way, play Morrowind! It’s old but such a good game).

I gave her some strange scales on her face, suggesting some kind of mutation or an arcane origin (honestly, I just thought it would look cool, but it’s justifiable if you try hard enough).

It’s unknown what part of Nirn she’s in, or if she’s even there at all. Who knows what kind of adventure awaits her... the tall grass can be potentially dangerous; you never know what kind of enemy might be hiding in it...
