Chatbot to help trans, nb, gnc and questioning people find resources

Hi, so I’m doing a course on designing a chatbot, and I wanted to make one  to help signpost trans, non binary, gender non conforming and gender questioning people to resources both online and irl. I wanted to make it as inclusive as possible so basically anyone with issues surrounding gender. 

I’ve got a few questions for stakeholder research to check its not just me who would benefit from this (lol). If anyone in this group could answer any of them that’d be awesome!

1) Would the chatbot be helpful to you?

2) Would a chatbot be the best technology to signpost you to resources?

3) Do you think the chatbot would encourage equality, wellbeing or positive social change?

4) What specific functions would you like to see from this chatbot?

I’m trying to be inclusive with this so if I haven’t got the right language (like some non binary people don’t identify as trans and others do, or is there a more concise and inclusive term, or did I miss anyone out?) please let me know, so I can sort that out.

We are back!

Our shop is open again, and we are ready to kick the gender binary in 2017!

Are you trans? non binary? Both? Are you interested in public speaking or improving your reading voice? An actor looking to learn how to do a new character voice?

Voice pitch analyser is an app I've used for all of these reasons and it's been great. You read a passage of the Picture of Dorian Gray provided, or simply speak or sing for a minute instead, and the pitches your voice goes through are depicted in graph form.

How to come out as gender fluid? My family and friends won't understand but I'm sure they'll accept.

I think the best idea would be to explain genderfluidity to them briefly, and then provide them with some information and resources to work through themselves. If you think they’ll be accepting, I’d say that’s probably the route to go down.

Non binary question

Where do you peeps get your binders? Like what's a safe place to buy them? I don't have to be discreet about it, my mom is fortunately very supportive of me being gender fluid and having "boy days". I just need to be safe about binding obviously. Also how do you size your binders? Do you go by your bra size?
