A name doesn’t have to have previously been used by both binary men and women (Sam, for example) for it to be a gender neutral name for nonbinary people! If you’re nonbinary, whatever name you choose IS a nonbinary name!
every aspect of transition should be optional. everything. hrt, voice training, clothes, surgery, make up, all of it. it doesnt all work for everyone and its not all things every single trans person needs or wants, transitioning should be about Your comfort and what You want. not what cis people expect, not about passing. its Your body and You have to live in it so customise it how You want to.
Want to support marginalized individuals with their immediate material needs? Need a place to promote your own GoFundMe or Vemno/CashApp for mutual aid support? There are many online accounts dedicated to sharing and meeting these needs. Here are just a few on Instagram:

hi idk if you guys really help with this type of stuff or answer questions so you don’t have to if you don’t. i’m nonbinary, and was AFAB. my chosen name is also feminine, and i feel like i’m not nonbinary enough because even though i don’t feel like a boy or a girl, i want a female name. help??
Hello anon! It’s perfectly valid to use a feminine name as a non-binary person. Using one doesn’t make you any less non-binary! If your chosen name makes you comfortable and happy, then it’s perfect for you! You are completely valid!
Hello, i have a question. Is it okay that i use they/them pronouns with she/her pronouns, even though i am not non-binary? I feel comfortable with they/them pronouns and using them makes me feel comfortable, but as a person who is not non-binary, i am scared that if it is hurtful.
Hello anon!! It’s absolutely okay to use she/they pronouns as a cis person! Everybody should use whatever pronouns they’re comfortable with. Pronouns don’t equal gender, so it's totally fine for a cis person to use they/them pronouns.
Update
So, I've been pretty inactive for awhile, huh? There were some things going on in my personal life that stopped me from being active. But, I've decided to revive this blog!
Lee says:
The word “transgender” is an umbrella term that is inclusive of (but not forced upon) anyone who identifies as a gender that they were not assigned at birth.
Both binary people and non-binary people are equally transgender.
Being trans without dysphoria is possible.
Gender expression ≠ gender identity, as shown on the genderbread person
More info: Trans resources masterpost or Ally resources for cis people
Again, if you don’t fully identify as the gender you were assigned at birth 100% of the time, you can call yourself trans. That’s it, there’s no other criteria you need to meet to be trans.
Followers, feel free to add on!

“hey trans men, trans mascs, enbies: be careful wearing your binder during this pandemic. one of the first symptoms of covid 19 is shortness of breath, respiratory issues etc. and binding can make any of these significantly worse. take care and breaks
if u feel worried about symptoms (and especially if u have asthma too) then be rly careful!! try and wear ur binder as little as possible
u are still handsome w/o it”

“Also it can make people underestimate their symptoms as they’re explainable bc of binding when they might actually be something else.”
