i think a big problem with the queer community is that we dont have many elders at all.
we have so much discourse and no one to tell us to get over ourselves..
Let's clarify:
Afab non-binary person: A non-binary person who was assigned the female gender at birth. Afab: Assigned female at birth.
Amab non-binary person: A non-binary person who was assigned the male gender at birth. Amab: Assigned male at birth.
And no, afab non-binary people don't identify as non-binary because they are "misogynistic" or because they want to "escape patriarchy" because unfortunately patriarchy will always see them as women even if they are not. Also, there are afab non-binary people who are feminists.
The non-binary umbrella encompasses several genders, including, for example, genderfluid people. The non-binary umbrella is itself a part of the trans umbrella.

I missed it, since I was celebrating it on the weekend, but, Happy Father’s Day to all the men, trans men, demiboys, manly people, and other non-binary and/or agender people who like the title father and who look after children or who are otherwise father-figures in people’s lives regardless of whatever you call yourselves! You really do make a huge difference in the lives of children!
