Another dark and cruel entity knwon in my fiction novel: is ‘Bo’Der’Yah’ or ‘Papa Der’yah’ , To put it shortly, he is a water Genie (or demon) as called by everyone who’d meet him or seen. He is responsible for drowning ships and killing it’s passengers. Mainly, because he’d find them ugly or ‘not good looking’ WHICH isn’t a justification for his crimes against mortals who’d fall to their watery graves.
Responsible for creating many landslides, islands and even magical landscapes that were created after he used his water magic. In moments of rage; he’d double in size (just like Ursula when she took the trident from Triton) and he’d literally swallow the people who made him angry. And he is the one responsible for the creation of ‘Waq Waq’ island which I’m not talking about it now.
A cruel, and twisted individual who’d find beauty and good-looking as the most two things to save people from his wrath. Since Genie from Aladdin is one of his inspiration; I decided to give him a similar personality to Genie. To put it simply: he likes to crack jokes, generous with gifting, does serious conversations to others, and he likes to mimic people.
After he got his ass kicked by Aliyaa, he’d finally realised the error of his ways and his deeds, so to atone for his sins, he started to help people: either by healing or doing good deeds. He’d even offer his priceless pearls, clams and treasures if people asked. And overall, he changed to a better person after centuries of killing, dark deeds and so on.
