Riddle scale
"The Riddle scale was a psychometric scale that measured the degree to which a person is or is not homophobic."
On the negative half of the scale there is:
Repulsion
Pity
Tolerance
Acceptance
(Interesting that Acceptance is on the negative side! This is because it implies that there is an issue that one has to accept.)
On the positive side the words seemed confusing so I wrote what I understood them to mean for this scale, let me know if I got it wrong though.
Support ("wait, no, you should have rights")
Admiration ("wow, it must be hard to be you, I hope I'm not part of the problem")
Appreciation ("it is important to have diversity, and I'm going to work hard to not be the problem")
Nurturance ( "you're great," allies )
