Question for other afab people:

Have any of you struggled with gender dysphoria, then taken oestrogen based medication (for birth control, fertility, menopause, etc) and started feeling more like an actual woman?

At this point I don’t care what gender I end up being, I just want to feel less like shit and more at home in my body. I’m tired. I want to know if it’s an option.

Hey, does anyone have any experience in DIY HRT in the uk? I’m thinking about how easily I can go into a boots and pick up oestrogen (/estrogen they mean the same thing) supplements, and whether or not I actually should. I’ve been seeing it more since he-who-shall-not-be-named came in and it seems very doable (and frankly preferable to waiting *checks calendar* 8 years)
