Back-to-back “diet programs” were slowly breaking down my belief in myself, but my persistent hope kept me from seeing it…. For years.💔⁣

The new trendy program that I saw on Youtube would be my answer. I’d finally be ready to do everything “perfectly” and feel good about myself, just like the girl on the screen.⁣
⁣
Then something would happen: I’d be out with friends and “mess up” all my progress.⁣
⁣
Instead of focusing on studying, I’d be stressing about tracking calories and ingredients I had no control over.⁣
⁣
Anytime I had to count every calorie or macronutrient I put in my body, I would get wayyyy too obsessive over the numbers. I knew it wasn’t healthy for me and SURE AS HELL was not sustainable long-term.⁣
⁣
This is real talk, my friends, because if you relate to ANY of this - raw honesty with myself was the first step to freedom and I want it for you too.⁣

HONESTY is telling you that this cycle is NOT SUSTAINABLE, and you deserve a better quality of life! ⁣
