Capturing your attention proved to be challenging for Rui. Every attempt to woo you flew over your pretty little head. He could recall countless times his flirting was met with a clueless stare. At first, he thought you were playing hard to get, but then it dawned on him. You truly didn't see any of his advances - even as straightforward as they are. Your eyes bore into the book in front of you, groaning in defeat. Your hands flew immediately to your phone the moment the sound of the vibration and notification chimed.

His offer for helping you de-stress was too tempting to resist. So you mindlessly tossed all work aside, eager to go cure your impending burnout. You took off to his dorm, unfortunately even with the goal of unwinding your mind wouldn't stop bringing up the laundry list of assignments sitting incomplete. With your focus being elsewhere, you hadn't even noticed the person in front of you until you collided knocking the wind from your chest.
“oof- I'm so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going…” you profusely apologized, glancing up to see Haku with a worried smile staring back at you. “It's fine, as long as you're okay… but what's going through that pretty little mind of yours princess, hm?” You hesitated a moment, reluctant to share that you were drowning in assignments. Haku waited patiently until you were ready to spill, walking in step beside you as you rambled on about your current academic struggles. “So, would you like some company on your walk or we could do something else to get your mind off-” He offered, flashing you a smile and a wink. “Oh… I appreciate you offering to help, but I'm actually on my way to see Rui right now! He said he could help me unwind and de-stress.”
Haku's lip twitched hearing Rui's name fall from your lips, but he tried to keep smiling sweetly at you. His inner thoughts raced, listing all the things Rui was going to coax you into. Sure, he's friends with him… but when it comes to you, there's an unspoken competition between them. One he isn't ready or willing to lose.
“Ah. Let me know if you change your mind or if you still need me.” You nodded in agreement. With another wink and small smile, he watched as you walked away - further from him and closer to Rui. Jealousy brewed in the pit of his stomach. He knew very well that he shouldn't show it to you, the disappointment and pure envy he felt. You weren't his. Who was he to stop you from seeing Rui?
You rapped lightly on Rui's door, waiting patiently for him to let you in. Rui stumbled in a rush to get to the door, not even attempting to uphold a laid-back demeanor. He finally had some alone time with you, no less. “Hi sweetheart! Make yourself comfortable~” Rui gingerly grabbed your wrist, pulling you in and closed the door behind you. “Thanks Rui,” you sweetly replied with a small smile. He planned to pamper you, slipping some hot tea and sweets in front of you, listing off a number of ideas as you sipped and munched on the treats. Too invested in savoring the sweets on your tongue. You only processed the last idea he proposed. “... I'm also very good at full body massages too.” A sly smile tugging on his lips, looking deeply in your eyes.
“I haven't had a massage in so long… That sounds heavenly right now.” You blurted out. Rui stuttered, completely taken aback, but of course, it was just like you to not realize just how intimate the full body massage he was referring to actually was. “A-Are you sure? If it makes you uncomfortable at all, just tell me, okay?” Rui, for the first time, felt nervousness flooding his senses, as he tentatively instructed you to take off your shirt and bra and lie on his bed as he retreated to the bathroom. After rummaging around for massage oil, he waited a few minutes before calling out to you to make sure you were comfortable and ready for him. Once you gave him the green light and with a bated breath, he re-entered his room. “Let me know if it hurts or if it's alright to apply more pressure.” You only hummed in reply, wiggling to get more comfortable. Rui sharply inhaled and got to work, warming up the oil rubbing his hands together and started stroking your back. Your body involuntarily shivered at the sudden contact, tensing slightly before relaxing as he applied pressure, kneading the muscles deeply. You failed miserably at keeping the gasps from escaping your mouth as he worked on relieving the tension in your body.
