is Olcadan from Soul Calibur 3 furbait?

I don’t know much about our bird friend’s policy on poodling, but if there were ever any design that actually exhibits it, it’d be Olcadan. I’m not going to turn this one down, because it’s just fair to add as a furbait character. Yes he seems to only have the head of an owl at first, but if you look, you can see his tail feathers. Lack of wings on a bird does not make a lack of furbait birds. Therefore, Olcadan is furbait.

I’m learning Gaelic using Duolingo, and apparently “owl” in Gaelic is “ulchabhán”. I wonder if that’s where Olcadan’s name comes from.
